1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit requests/booking details.

2. Requests, booking details, and contract formation

If the website provides distance/off-premises contracting workflows (including requests and booking-detail submission), you will be provided with the seller/provider identification and key information about the services/products before you conclude the distance contract.

For distance/off-premises contracting, applicable requirements include On Electronic Commerce, 675-VIII.

Before you conclude a distance contract, we provide consumer-facing identification and key service/product information in a clear and accessible form, including business identification details where applicable, in line with Про захист прав споживачів, 3153-IX, Стаття 17.

We may respond to your request with clarifying questions. A final contract and its terms are formed only when both parties agree, and confirmations are provided in accordance with the specific workflow on the site.

3. Advertising, pricing, and non-deceptive statements

We ensure that advertising is clearly identifiable and not hidden or misleading, including appropriate disclosure where relevant. The relevant legal basis is Закон України "Про рекламу".

Prices, availability, schedules, and inclusions shown on the website are subject to the specific tour/service listing and the information confirmed with you during the workflow. If any detail changes, we will reflect updated information to the extent applicable.

4. Consumer information language

When we serve consumers in Ukraine, we provide consumer-facing service information in the state language, including via the internet, in accordance with Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language", Про захист прав споживачів.

5. Privacy and personal data

If this site collects personal data through requests/booking-detail submissions (for example, name, contact information, and other details you provide), we publish a privacy notice describing processing purposes, legal basis, retention, and your rights.

The processing is carried out in line with Про захист персональних даних, 2297-VI.

6. Consumer rights and complaint handling

Information about consumer rights and complaint/claim handling is provided to support your rights in distance-consumer matters, and you may file claims in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.

Applicable legal basis includes Про захист прав споживачів, 3153-IX.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or your reliance on information provided through third-party links, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable Ukrainian law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website; however, we aim to address technical issues promptly.
